Fitness Evaluation
A great way to measure your progress. Meet with a certified personal trainer to evaluate body composition, blood pressure, resting heart rate, cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Includes a review of medical history and goal setting session.

One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions provided by certified, professional personal trainers benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Each session is designed to meet the individual’s needs and help to reach specific goals.
